WORK & SALARY
Moving to another country for work is a huge step. That is why our coordinators are there to support you from the moment you arrive. They will help you settle into your accommodation and guide you during your first days working in the Netherlands. You will receive clear instructions, work in a friendly team and communicate in English. Your salary and employment conditions are arranged according to Dutch law and the applicable collective labour agreement (CAO). You will receive the same pay as Dutch employees, with your salary paid weekly.
Accomodation
At Djops, we understand how important it is for you to feel at home when working abroad. That is why we provide you with comfortable and well-maintained accommodation close to your workplace whenever possible. Our coordinators are available to support you and answer any questions you may have. We want you to feel safe, welcome and settled from the very beginning. By taking care of practical matters, we make your move to the Netherlands easier, so you can focus on your new job and meeting new people.
mobility
Getting to work safe and comfortably is important. That is why Djops arranges suitable transportation for all employees. Depending on your personal preferences, and the distance to your workplace, you may use a passenger car, bicycle or e-bike while working in the Netherlands. We make sure you have a reliable way to travel between your accommodation and work. Our coordinators are always available to help and answer your questions. With transportation taken care of, you can focus on settling into your new environment and enjoying your new job.
